jl11 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the jl11 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jl11 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl11 ("jl11," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use jl11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl11, or an immediate family member of any such person.

jl11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of jl11, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jl11 for identity verification purposes.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jl11 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl11 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances.

You agree to notify jl11 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jl11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your jl11 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain unfulfilled.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-based payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also accepted where supported.

jl11 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on jl11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through Philippine payment methods.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. jl11 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to Philippine banks are typically completed within a few business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jl11 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jl11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to delay or decline any withdrawal where AML concerns are identified.

jl11 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl11 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

All games available on jl11 — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and virtual sports — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on jl11 use independently certified random number generators to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including jl11. Certification details are available upon request.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

6.3 Malfunctions

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jl11 support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jl11's decision on disputed game results, following investigation, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl11 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to jl11 support immediately. Failure to report a known exploit constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jl11 Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

jl11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.

All content on the jl11 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jl11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jl11.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any jl11 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jl11's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

jl11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl11 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jl11 will endeavour to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and to communicate the outcome to the affected player. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jl11's discretion.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure or a regulatory requirement — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

jl11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jl11, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl11 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by jl11 to operate the Platform, process payments, or comply with legal obligations, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

jl11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl11 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl11 Platform shall first be referred to jl11's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
